Cancellation by Participant
All cancellations have to be made in writing and send by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellation assessments will be calculated from the day of receiving your notification.
* 90 days prior to the event: Cancellation charge will be 25% of the total amount
* 60 days prior to the event: Cancellation charge will be 50% of the total amount
* 30 days prior to the event: Cancellation charge will be 100% of the total amount
Cancellation by the Organizer
Mad Group Sdn Bhd reserves the right to cancel the event if the minimum number of participants for the event is not fulfilled or due to any other reason. In such case, refund of payments received by Mad Group Sdn Bhd shall be returned in full. Please note that once events are scheduled, cancellation by us are extremely rare.
